NextMeds publishes no price for any single drug. A “STARTING AT $49 /month” banner tops a five-item menu running from compounded GLP-1 injections to Zepbound, and plan prices surface only inside the eligibility questionnaire.

What it is
NextMeds is a self-pay GLP-1 membership run by Nextmeds, Inc., which lists a Boca Raton, Florida address in its terms. The telehealth side belongs to OpenLoop: the terms describe OpenLoop Health, Inc. as the platform operator, and the prescribers belong to OpenLoop's affiliated medical practices. NextMeds itself says it doesn't employ providers or practice medicine.
On the menu: compounded versions of both GLP-1 molecules alongside Wegovy, Ozempic and Zepbound, with blog posts about NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin. Checkout comes before the free intake. An OpenLoop clinician licensed in your state then reviews it, live on video or asynchronously, and approved orders are filled by RedRock, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine or Triad Rx, typically landing 4 to 5 business days later.
The company claims all 50 states and more than 100,000 subscribers, and it markets itself as FSA-eligible.
The only figure on the public site is “STARTING AT $49 /month,” repeated as “For Only $49/month.” It's pitched as a flat membership price: “Same price, every month, all doses” with the prescription, telehealth visits and shipping included. Which drug it buys isn't said, and the menu beneath it includes brand-name pens.
The home page's Pricing link points to a section that doesn't appear on the page, and the FAQ says “All pricing is displayed in our pricing section.” In practice the plans, including multi-month bundles the refund policy mentions, are shown only once you start the eligibility questionnaire.
Payment is final the moment you submit it. The refund policy, updated August 25, 2026, says a payment is kept in full once made, whether or not the intake gets finished or the prescription filled. NextMeds carves out a single exception, a clinician ruling you ineligible, and deducts whatever consultation or chart review already happened from that refund.
Canceling stops future charges only, and the request has to land at least 72 hours before the next billing date. Bundles covering several months are never partly refunded, even for months when nothing shipped.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting on $49 a month? No page says which medication that is, and Wegovy and Zepbound share the same menu.
Second thoughts after checkout cost you the full amount, since NextMeds keeps payments even when no intake was ever submitted.
Thinking of a multi-month bundle to save money? Unused months are never refunded, shipped or not.
Miss the 72-hour cutoff before a renewal and that month's charge goes through with no refund.

On the record6 sourcing notes: every price with the page it came from, and what the company doesn't publish
Sources: NextMeds's public site: NextMeds' home page, NextMeds' terms and conditions page, NextMeds' refund cancellation policy page, NextMeds' privacy policy page, NextMeds' privacy practices page, NextMeds' consumer health data privacy policy page, NextMeds' telehealth consent page, NextMeds' bill of rights page, NextMeds' for california residents page and NextMeds' do not sell page. The crawler also loaded NextMeds' consultation page, the first (height and weight) screen of the eligibility questionnaire; nothing was selected or typed and no later step was opened. Every page load had a “_ef_transaction_id” parameter appended by the site itself; no affiliate or partner URL was used.
The prices, from the home page: “STARTING AT $49 /month Same Price Every Month Prescription Included Free Shipping” and “Start Now For Only $49/month See if you qualify”. The weight-loss block: “Same price, every month, all doses 100% online medical assessment. Prescription & telemed visits included FSA eligible.” The FAQ: “Your Nextmeds membership includes telehealth consultations with a licensed provider, a personalized care plan, prescription fulfillment if appropriate, and shipping. All pricing is displayed in our pricing section.” No pricing section renders on the page, including after its tabs and accordions were opened; no per-drug price appears anywhere.
Billing and refunds, from the Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Last Updated: August 25, 2026”): “ALL PAYMENTS FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.” “Cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date in order to stop the next charge.” “MULTI-MONTH AND BUNDLED SUBSCRIPTION PLANS ARE SOLD AS A SINGLE, INDIVISIBLE PURCHASE AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE AND IN PART.” Medical disqualification refunds the unused portion, less “costs associated with a live or asynchronous consultation that has taken place; a healthcare provider review of your intake, records, and lab results”.
Who does what: the terms (“Last Updated: May 6, 2026”) govern “websites, mobile interfaces, and other online properties operated by OpenLoop Health, Inc. The site footer: “Medical services, including clinical evaluation and prescribing, are provided by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated professional medical practices.” The privacy pages give “Openloop, Inc. 4575 Webb Bridge Rd, Suite 4345 Alpharetta, GA 30005” (with a second address in Bromma, Sweden).
