  • No support hours published

What it is

DoctorAdam is a Shopify storefront run by Nodomo LLC from Anaheim, California, whose catalog runs from GLP-1s to ED films, hair regrowth and NAD+. Weight loss has five GLP-1 products: semaglutide as an injection, oral tablets or sublingual drops, and tirzepatide as an injection or oral tablets. Each is sold as a telehealth consultation; if medication isn't prescribed, the purchase is refunded.

You start with a two-minute quiz, and a US-based doctor reviews it within about 24 hours; some states need a live chat or video visit, plus a photo ID and selfie. DoctorAdam's FAQ vouches for in-state prescribing licenses and names two compounding pharmacies: Olympia Pharmaceuticals in Orlando and Carie Boyd Pharmaceuticals in Irving, Texas. Shipping takes 2 to 3 business days and needs no signature.

Coverage is stated two ways. One FAQ answer says 47 states and D.C. except New Jersey, Mississippi and Alaska; the state list a few lines below names 44 states and also leaves out Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont.

What it actually costs

DoctorAdam prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$129None listed
Oral semaglutide$129None listed
Compounded tirzepatide$229None listed

DoctorAdam's own pages print two different prices for 2 of its drugs. The month-to-month figure above is the one a new customer pays; both figures, and where each appears, are on the cost page.

Each product shows one number. Semaglutide injection, tablets and drops are all “From $129,” tirzepatide tablets from $199, and tirzepatide injection from $229. DoctorAdam folds the evaluation, prescription, drug and shipping into that figure under a “No Hidden Fees & No Membership” line, and its banner claims “Flat monthly pricing.” None of the dose panels attaches a price to a strength.

The FAQ disagrees: “Prices vary based on treatment type and dosage, ranging from $199 to $1,349 per month.” That puts the floor $70 above the product pages' $129, and it confirms the price rises with dose without saying by how much.

The terms describe billing as a monthly recurring “Membership Fee” charged until you cancel, with a non-refundable initial fee. The same terms list a 12-month membership with up to eight consults and lab panels, plus $15 for each extra consult and $125 for each extra at-home blood draw. None of that appears on the weight-loss pages.

Medication orders are final once processed and shipped, and DoctorAdam won't refund a package the carrier marks delivered. A generic store refund policy offering 30-day returns sits alongside, but it doesn't cover prescriptions.

Who it's wrong for

Need to know your price at 2.2 mg? DoctorAdam lists strengths but prices only the entry point, and its FAQ goes as high as $1,349 a month.

Not for you in New Jersey, Mississippi or Alaska, which every version of its state list excludes.

Skip it if a stolen porch package would sink you. Once tracking says delivered, DoctorAdam asks you to take it up with the carrier and pay for a new order.

Wondering whether “No Membership” holds? The terms bill a recurring monthly Membership Fee whose first charge isn't refundable.
