Levers Health review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

Levers Health charges $247 monthly for compounded semaglutide and $296 monthly for compounded tirzepatide, but its terms bind every subscription for at least two months, so neither is a one-month price. Its product pages promise pausing or canceling at will, which the terms contradict. Higher doses cost $297 and $396 a month.

One month, no commitment

Not sold

The shortest plan this company sells is 2 months, so a single month is not on offer at any price. From the Terms of Service (Levers Health's terms and conditions page), under “Payments, Recurring Payments, and Subscriptions”: “You understand that when joining or signing up for subscription-based services, you agree to be bound to at least a two-month subscription.” Every GLP-1 plan on the semaglutide and tirzepatide program pages is a subscription billed monthly.

What it is

Levers Health is a Scottsdale, Arizona, telehealth shop that sells compounded GLP-1s next to NAD+, glutathione, sermorelin, B12 shots and a GHK-Cu cream. It's set up like an online store: pick a plan, check out, and fill in the health forms afterward. The card is authorized but not charged until a provider approves you, which the site says happens within 24 hours.

It's run by Levers Health LLC, 7067 East Dale Lane. Its terms describe it as providing administrative services to providers it “contracts and/or employs”, and disputes go to binding arbitration in Arizona. Prescriptions are filled by Strive Compounding Pharmacy and ship FedEx or UPS overnight after 3 to 7 business days of pharmacy processing.

Where it'll actually ship is muddled. The FAQ lists 29 states, the semaglutide page 28, the shipping policy 22 (dated 2/28/25), and the terms still say Levers “ONLY OPERATES IN ARIZONA AND SHIPS TO ARIZONA.” Insurance isn't accepted; HSA and FSA cards are.

What it actually costs

Semaglutide's Standard subscription bills $247 a month and covers the usual first three months, up to 1.25 mg a week; past that dose, the Max subscription bills $297. Tirzepatide bills $296 a month up to 5 mg a week, or $396 a month at any dose. Those are monthly rates on plans the terms require you to keep for two months, so the smallest commitment is two monthly charges. Medication, consultation, supplies, shipping and provider support are all inside those prices, with no membership on top.

Buying a bottle outright costs more: semaglutide is $390 for 5 mg and $590 for 10 mg, and tirzepatide is $490 for 20 mg, $690 for 40 mg and $1,090 for 80 mg. The terms treat anything not labeled “subscription” or “program” as a one-time purchase with no recurring billing.

The pages and the terms disagree. Product pages advertise pausing or canceling whenever you like, and the tirzepatide plan promises “No cancellation penalty”, but the terms bind every subscription for at least two months and leave you owing the rest of that stretch if you cancel early. Past that point, you must cancel no less than two days ahead of the monthly processing date.

Refunds have a narrow window: before the pharmacy processes the order, usually within a day. After that, compounded medication can't be returned, and damage or loss is handled with a replacement if reported within 7 days.

First-time buyers get promo codes on the product pages, SUMMER100 for $100 off a first semaglutide order and SUMMER50 for $50 off a GLP plan. A low-dose line sold for longevity prices semaglutide at $246 or $296 per two-month shipment ($123 or $148 a month) and tirzepatide microdoses at $246 a month.

Who it's wrong for

Planning to try a single month and stop? Under the terms, any subscription commits you to two payments, so semaglutide means at least two charges of $247, whatever the “cancel anytime” wording on the product page suggests.

Living outside Arizona? Confirm your state with Levers first, because the FAQ, the shipping policy and the terms each give a different list.

Skip it if you want tirzepatide at one price the whole way. The $296 plan stops at 5 mg a week, and anything above that is $396.

Paying through insurance isn't an option. Levers takes none, only cards, HSA and FSA.

Changed your mind after ordering? The refund window closes once the pharmacy processes the order, typically within a day.

The product pages instead say “You may Pause, Cancel, or Modify your plan anytime by logging into your subscription portal.” and, for tirzepatide, “No cancellation penalty.”
  7.
