GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

Somi Health prints no single-month injection price: compounded semaglutide is “STARTING AT $135 /mo” and tirzepatide $165 on a three-month plan whose billing it doesn't describe. The one monthly figure is $279 for semaglutide tablets. It's licensed in 12 states plus D.C.

The short version

In its favor

  • $279 buys one month of oral semaglutide, no commitment
  • No membership fee on top
  • Clean FDA warning-letter record
  • Names 3 pharmacies, including Emerald Compounding Pharmacy and CASA Pharma

Against it

  • No support hours published

What it is

Somi Health is a Charlotte, North Carolina telehealth brand selling GLP-1s alongside a long menu of other things: NAD+, testosterone, hair, skin, sleep and intimacy care, plus a separate virtual-care service with $19 refills and $29 sick visits. Its weight-loss shelf holds three items: compounded semaglutide shots, compounded tirzepatide shots and a semaglutide tablet.

A questionnaire of about seven minutes goes to a Somi provider, who can send a prescription on to a partner pharmacy. Somi's telehealth consent lists Emerald Compounding Pharmacy (Tampa) and CASA Pharma RX (Stafford, Texas) as pharmacy contacts, and its About page says a 503A pharmacy fills every prescription. A free phone consult can be booked before you commit.

Somi's legal pages disagree with themselves on small things. The terms call the company Somi Health LLC; the footer says Somi Health, Inc. The same consent that names the pharmacies limits care to 13 licensed jurisdictions: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Washington, Kentucky, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and D.C.

What it actually costs

Somi Health prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutideNot sold alone$135 /mo, 3 months
Compounded tirzepatideNot sold alone$165 /mo, 3 months
Oral semaglutide$279None listed

The injection prices are three-month plan rates: semaglutide from $135 a month and tirzepatide from $165, at any dose. What a three-month plan actually charges, and when, isn't on the site, and there's no one-month injection price to compare it with. Three months at those rates would come to $405 and $495.

The semaglutide tablet is the only item sold by the month, at $279. The FAQ says the price includes the medical visit, ongoing medication shipments and provider messaging, and there's no separate membership.

Two claims pull against each other. A banner across every page promises a “100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE,” while the terms say no refunds, credits or exchanges are allowed on dispensed medication “under any circumstances.” The terms also describe paying “all incurred costs in full on the day of each visit,” including possible visit fees, which the plan cards don't mention.

Who it's wrong for

Live outside the 13 listed jurisdictions, say California or New York? Somi's own consent says it isn't licensed there.

Want a single month of injections before committing? No monthly injection price is published; $135 and $165 are three-month plan rates.

Relying on that money-back banner? The terms say medication sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.

Skip it if delivery timing matters. The home page says one to three days, the FAQ two to five, and the shipping policy averages four to twelve business days.

The terms' ownership section contains a stray passage about trust law (“A trust is created by a settlor who transfers title to property to a trustee”).
  8.
