What it is
Vytora Health, run by Vytora Health LLC, sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, brand Zepbound and Mounjaro, and NAD+ and sermorelin online. It claims coverage of every state plus D.C., takes no insurance, and needs a brief video or audio visit only in Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia.
Clinical care comes from Wasef Health, PC, a medical group in Pinellas Park, Florida (the terms call it Wasef Health, P.A.), and the telehealth consent says its providers are authorized to practice medicine in your state. Compounded prescriptions are filled by Vials Pharmacy in Houston and Hallandale Pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale. No street address for Vytora itself appears anywhere on the site.
Some of its own pages disagree with each other. The semaglutide page's footer says “Vytora Health does not offer brand-name products” while two pages sell Zepbound and Mounjaro, and the about page's “$180 Starting monthly price” matches no plan.
What it actually costs
Advertised$149
Actually$179/mo
Vytora Health advertises $149. A month costs $179 because the advertised rate is the 3-month plan, billed every 3 months.
The gap
They advertise $149 a month. That is the 3-month plan, billed every 3 months, $447 on the card today. With no commitment it is $179 a month.
Compounded semaglutide is $179 billed monthly or $447 every three months ($149 a month). Tirzepatide is $249 billed monthly or $599 every three months, which Vytora rounds to $199 a month. Medication, the consultation, supplies, shipping and unlimited messaging are all included, and there's no membership fee.
The price list on the home page and the FAQ page gives tirzepatide's one-month price as $199, the same as its three-month rate. The tirzepatide page and the home plan card both say $249 month to month.
Brand Zepbound and Mounjaro are each $1,399 a month, month to month, labeled “retail pricing” with physician visits included.
Everything renews on its own: monthly on the one-month plan, every three months on the three-month plan. You cancel by emailing support before the renewal date.
Shipping is advertised as free on every order, yet the shipping policy says charges are “calculated and displayed at checkout” and quotes 2 to 3 days of processing and 4 to 12 business days in transit. A shipment that arrives warm with melted ice packs “does not typically qualify for a refund.”
Who it's wrong for
Planning around tirzepatide at $199? That's the three-month rate, $599 charged every quarter; paying monthly costs $249.
Skip it if you want a phone line. Support is an email address and a web form, with a reply promised within one business day.
Not for you if you'd like a refund safety net: the refund page opens with “All sales are final,” and warm deliveries typically don't qualify.
Buying Zepbound at $1,399 a month? Vytora doesn't say which pharmacy fills brand prescriptions, and its semaglutide page claims it offers no brand-name products at all.
Canceling means emailing support before the renewal date; until then your card is charged every cycle.
