$195 for four weeks of semaglutide with the visit included and no contract — under a heading claiming all its prices cover four weeks, on a table where fourteen of twenty-three rows don't.
Rixa Health is a small integrative practice — four named clinicians with their credentials and bios on the page — that treats weight alongside hormone therapy, thyroid and peptides. It reads like a clinic that put its price list online rather than a telehealth brand that added clinicians.
The price list is genuinely all-in, which is rare here: "Price includes visit and pass-through cost of medications directly shipped to you separately from Rixa Health by preparing compounding pharmacy." No membership, no consult fee, no contract. It is also, in one specific way, not what its own heading says it is.

We also offer no contracts or long term commitments." ⚠ Fourteen of the twenty-three priced rows beneath it are not priced for four weeks. Levels 3 and 4 of this ladder read "/ 5 weeks"; every oral tablet row reads "/ 30 days" or "/ 90 days". Three 90-day tablet prices are published as totals with no per-unit rate — $295, $395 and $575 — and are quoted in the notes rather than tabled here, because dividing a company's total into a monthly rate is not something this site does.

The tirzepatide injection ladder is the only block on the page where all six rows really are four weeks. The three 90-day tablet prices — $450, $515 and $595 — are totals with no per-unit rate published, so they are quoted in the notes and not tabled.
$195 buys four weeks of semaglutide at the starting dose, and that figure covers the medication, the shipping and "any provider interactions you need between refills." Tirzepatide starts at $280 on the same basis. There are no contracts and no minimum term; Rixa says so in the same breath as the prices.
Four weeks is not a month. Thirteen four-week supplies fill a 364-day year, so $195 a supply is $2,535 a year — about $211 a calendar month against a company that bills twelve times. The ladder also climbs hard: Level 5 semaglutide is $310 a supply and Level 6 tirzepatide is $525, so the entry price is the start of a range, not the shape of it.
Now the heading. It reads "The prices below cover everything for 4 weeks", and of the twenty-three priced rows beneath it, fourteen are not priced for four weeks. Semaglutide Levels 3 and 4 read "/ 5 weeks" — $265 and $290 — which is a different unit slipped into the middle of the same ladder without comment. All twelve oral-tablet rows are priced per 30 days or per 90 days. So on one table Rixa uses four units: four weeks, five weeks, thirty days and ninety days, under a sentence that names only the first.
Three of the ninety-day tablet prices are published as totals with no monthly rate attached — semaglutide at $295, $395 and $575, tirzepatide at $450, $515 and $595. We have quoted those rather than dividing them into a per-month figure, because a rate a company does not publish is not a rate. One more thing that isn't a price: every level on both injection ladders still carries the words "Your description goes here." Eleven times.

Anyone reading $195 as a month. It buys four weeks, a year needs thirteen of them, and the calendar-month equivalent is about $211.
Anyone comparing the middle of the ladder. Levels 3 and 4 of the semaglutide ladder are priced per five weeks while the levels either side are per four, and Rixa never mentions it.
Anyone at a high dose. Semaglutide runs to $310 a supply and tirzepatide to $525, and the entry price tells you nothing about where you will land.
Anyone who needs a named pharmacy. Rixa links a Partner Pharmacies page and names none beside the prices.

What we could not find, and where we looked: we read https://rixahealth.com/pricing/ and the terms and conditions page in full on 2026-08-31, searching both for licensed in your state, 503A, 503B, pharmacy name and hours. Neither states that the prescriber is licensed in the patient's own state and neither names a pharmacy, so those rows read Not stated. The overseas row reads None disclosed because the site-wide banner addresses it: "US Pharmacies • Fast Shipping • 24/7 Access". Rixa names four clinicians with credentials on the pricing page — Timothy Scott D.O., Shawn Stansbery D.O., Daniel Neumeyer D.O. and Mia Scott FNP-BC — which is more than most companies on this roster publish.
