The home page prints one price per drug, "$130 /month", and footnotes it "Price for purchase of 12 month supply." Month to month is $170, and the product page opens at $95 with a promo code.
Effecty sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide alongside a longevity line and hormone therapy, and it is unusually plain about what it is: "a technology platform that connects individuals with independent licensed medical providers." No membership fee, no insurance, ships to all fifty states.
Its own promise is "No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you get, no hidden fees, ever." Which is worth holding on to while you look at what price you see.
The gap
They advertise $130 a month. That is the 12-month, billed yearly, $1,560 on the card today. With no commitment it is $170 a month.

Month to month is $170 for semaglutide and $235 for tirzepatide. You will not find either on the home page.
What the home page shows is one number per product. "Compounded Semaglutide — Weight Loss — $130 /month *", and beneath it a single footnote: "* Price for purchase of 12 month supply." Tirzepatide the same, at $190. There are three other prices for each drug in the page's own data, and both of the higher ones are set to display:none, so a reader sees the yearly rate and nothing else. Across the sixteen treatment cards on that page, eight carry a "12 month supply" footnote, two carry a "3 month supply" footnote, and six — including all four brand drugs — carry no term at all. That mix is the tell: the term footnote is only on the products where a term is doing work.
The product page is where the ladder appears, and it is a good one: "Monthly Billed monthly $170 · 3-Month $150 · 6-Month $140 · 12-Month Best value Billed yearly $130." A year at $130 comes to $1,560 charged once, on our multiplication of their figure. But the same page opens with a fourth number, bigger than the ladder and above it: "Compounded Semaglutide Starting at $95 /month." That one is the first month after a $75 promo-code discount, and Effecty's own footnote for it never finishes the sentence: "* Price after $75 first month discount. Price for purchase of month supply." The term is simply missing.
So: $95, $130, $170 and a promo ladder, all for compounded semaglutide, all on effecty.com, all on the same day. Only one of them, $170, is a month you can actually buy with no commitment and no code.

Anyone who priced Effecty from the home page. The figure there is the twelve-month rate and the page says so in one line of small print.
Anyone reading "Starting at $95". It is one month, it needs the code SAVEMORE, and the footnote defining it is missing its own term.
Anyone with insurance. Effecty does not accept it, does not provide superbills, and says its staff will not communicate with carriers in any case.
Anyone who needs a named pharmacy. Effecty says "state-licensed compounding pharmacies" and names none.

The page's markup carries "$170" and "$150" for the same product, both on elements set to display:none, so only $130 renders. What we could not find, and where we looked: we read https://www.effecty.com/ and both compounded product pages in full on 2026-08-31, searching each for 503A, 503B, pharmacy name, hours and overseas. No pharmacy is named and no support hours are published, so those rows read Not stated. The state-licensure row reads Stated on Effecty's own FAQ sentence: "Engage in a chat-based telehealth visit with a physician licensed in your state." The overseas row reads None disclosed on "All medication is dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies that meet strict safety and quality standards." The footer reads "© 2025 Effecty LLC. All rights reserved." on a page read in 2026.
