On its monthly plan, Whoosh Wellness prices full-dose compounded semaglutide injections from $169 and tirzepatide injections from $249. The “Starting as low as $116” and “$166” on its product pages come from six-month plans, whose totals ($699 and $999) the pricing page prints with a “/mo” label.

What it is
Whoosh Wellness is a Costa Mesa, California peptide-therapy brand whose weight-loss line is compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, listed next to sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and a GHK-Cu cream. You answer a questionnaire of about five minutes, a doctor reviews it (the site says most reviews finish in one to two hours, elsewhere within 24), and approved orders are compounded and shipped, typically landing within three days. Every plan includes monthly check-ins with the prescriber.
The operator is Whoosh Holding Co LLC, doing business as Whoosh Wellness, and its terms say it doesn't provide medical care. Its FAQ names the prescribers, Wasef Health, PC, a Florida practice led by Michael Wasef MD, and one partner pharmacy: F&F Pharmacies Inc, doing business as Jungle Jim’s Pharmacy, in Fairfield, Ohio. That pharmacy holds licenses in 45 states and, by the FAQ's account, can't dispense sterile compounds in California, Nevada, New Jersey, Alabama or Arkansas.
Whoosh is direct-pay only and says most plans are HSA/FSA eligible. Tirzepatide also comes as a liposomal tablet.
What it actually costs
Advertised$116
Actually$169/mo
Whoosh Wellness advertises $116. A month costs $169 because the advertised rate is the 6-month plan.
The gap
They advertise $116 a month. That is the 6-month plan, $699 on the card today. With no commitment it is $169 a month.
On the pricing page's Monthly tab, full-dose semaglutide injections start at $169 a month and tirzepatide injections at $249. Microdose injections are $149 and $199, and the tirzepatide tablets match the injection at $249. The physician review, syringes and alcohol swabs, monthly provider check-ins and shipping are all included, and you're billed only if a physician prescribes.
The longer plans are harder to read. Switch to the 3-Month tab and semaglutide reads “$399 /mo”; on the 6-Month tab it reads “$699 /mo”. Those are plan totals rather than monthly rates: the product page's “Starting as low as $116” is $699 spread over six months, and the pricing page's own meta description quotes semaglutide “from $133/mo”, which is $399 over three. Tirzepatide's longer plans total $599 and $999.
No page says if the longer plans are billed as one lump sum, and every price is a “STARTING AT” figure with no dose ladder behind it. A pop-up offers 15% off a first order in return for an email signup.
Once a prescription is filled, there's little room to back out. Under the return policy, “all sales are final” for prescription products; the lone exception is a filling error.
Who it's wrong for
Reading the 6-Month tab's “$699 /mo” as a monthly price? It's the six-month semaglutide total. The monthly plan costs $169.
Patients in California, Nevada, New Jersey, Alabama and Arkansas should know the one pharmacy Whoosh names can't dispense sterile compounds there, and the site doesn't say who fills those orders.
Skip it if you need room to back out once a prescription is filled; sales are final unless it was filled wrong.
Not for you if you're pricing a higher dose ahead of time. Every card is a starting figure, and no dose ladder is published.
Hoping tablets are the cheaper way in? Whoosh's liposomal tirzepatide tablets cost exactly what the injections do, $249 a month.
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide (injections, plus liposomal tirzepatide tablets) from “licensed 503A/503B US pharmacies”; the FAQ names Jungle Jim’s Pharmacy, licensed in 45 states and not in California, Nevada, New Jersey, Alabama or Arkansas. No brand-name GLP-1 is sold.
