SexyMD's no-commitment Monthly Flex plan costs $149 per four-week supply of its “Compounded GLP-1 Injections”, a product whose page never names the molecule. The $99 “as low as” price on its home page belongs to a 12-month plan covering 48 weeks, billed on a schedule SexyMD leaves to checkout.
SexyMD is a women-focused online weight-loss brand from SexyMD LLC, a Nevada company based in Las Vegas. It sells two compounded injections labeled only “GLP-1” and “GLP-1 + GIP”; the product pages never name a molecule, though its FAQ discusses semaglutide and tirzepatide. Payment comes before the health questionnaire here, and a clinician from one of the affiliated practices the terms name, WizDoc LLC and Jonathan Larson, MD, P.C., decides whether to prescribe.
SexyMD disclaims both practicing medicine and employing doctors, and it identifies no pharmacy beyond a network of 503A and 503B compounders. Prescriptions ship in discreet packaging within 3 to 5 business days of approval.
Where it operates is stated two ways. One footer line says SexyMD is available in all 50 states; another, in the same footer, excludes Arkansas, Mississippi and New Jersey. The footer and the terms also give two different Las Vegas street addresses.
What it actually costs
Advertised$99
Actually$149/mo
SexyMD advertises $99. A month costs $149 because the advertised rate is the 12 Month Plan, 48 weeks (12 four-week cycles, about 12 months).
The gap
They advertise $99 a month. That is the 12 Month Plan, 48 weeks (12 four-week cycles, about 12 months), $1,188 on the card today by our math, since the plan's total isn't printed. With no commitment it is $149 a month.
The no-commitment price is the Monthly Flex plan: $149 for four weeks of the GLP-1 injection. Longer plans lower the monthly figure to $119 on a 12-week supply delivered at once, $109 over 24 weeks and $99 over 48 weeks. The “GLP-1 + GIP” injection runs $249 on Monthly Flex, then $199, $189 and $179 on the same plan lengths.
Those 48-week rates are what the home page shows as “as low as $99/mo” and “$179/mo”. The cards never say whether a 12-week, 24-week or 48-week plan is charged up front or spread out; the terms leave the billing cadence to the checkout screen. If the 48-week GLP-1 plan bills at once, that's $1,188.
Orders are final the moment you submit them. The exceptions are narrow: a cancellation that reaches support before a clinician starts reviewing, a treatment that isn't approved, an order still unshipped seven business days after approval, or a pharmacy mistake. Plans renew by themselves; stopping one takes 48 hours' notice ahead of the renewal date, and service runs out the period already paid.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting on SexyMD's $99? It's the 48-week rate for the GLP-1 injection; four weeks at a time run $149.
Skip it if you like to change your mind: SexyMD calls every order final at submission, and a cancel request has to beat the clinician to your chart.
Live in Arkansas, Mississippi or New Jersey? The footer excludes all three, whatever the all-50-states line above it says.
Prefer to call someone? SexyMD lists no phone number, only an email address for support.
Want to know exactly which molecule is in the vial before you pay? Neither product page names it.

The prices, from the product pages. GLP-1 (/product/glp-1-injection/): “from $99 per month”, “Monthly Flex* 4-week supply · No commitment $149 /mo”, “3 Month Plan · Most Popular 12-week supply · Single delivery $119 /mo”, “6 Month Plan 24-week supply · Delivered every 12 weeks $109 /mo”, “12 Month Plan · Best Deal 48-week supply · Delivered every 12 weeks $99 /mo”. GLP-1 + GIP (/product/glp-1-gip-injection/): “Monthly Flex* 4-week supply · No commitment $249 /mo”, “3 Month Plan · Most Popular 12-week supply · Single delivery $199 /mo”, “6 Month Plan 24-week supply · Delivered every 12 weeks $189 /mo”, “12 Month Plan · Best Deal 48-week supply · Delivered every 12 weeks $179 /mo”. Home page: “COMPOUNDED GLP-1 INJECTIONS ... as low as $99/mo*” and “COMPOUNDED GLP-1 + GIP INJECTIONS as low as $179/mo*”. No footnote for the asterisks was found on the rendered pages.
Which molecule: the product pages say only “GLP-1” and “GLP-1 + GIP”; the products FAQ lists questions for both semaglutide and tirzepatide by name, including “What's included in my tirzepatide treatment?” and “What's included in my semaglutide treatment?”, and the terms describe the weight program as “dual-agonist medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide”. Under the house rule the GLP-1 product is filed as unspecified GLP-1; the GLP-1 + GIP product (Monthly Flex $249, 3 Month $199/mo, 6 Month $189/mo, 12 Month $179/mo, quoted in the prices note) gets no block because the record already has an unspecified GLP-1 block.
Billing and refunds, from the Terms & Conditions (“Last Updated: July 7, 2026”): section 7, “The applicable Membership term, price, and billing cadence will be displayed to you at the time of purchase” and “YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AT EACH RENEWAL EVEN IF YOU DO NOT USE THE SERVICES DURING A GIVEN BILLING PERIOD.” Section 8.2: “all orders submitted through the Services are final at the time of submission and may not be cancelled, modified, or refunded after submission, except in the limited circumstances described in Sections 8.3 through 8.6”. Section 8.3 refunds a pre-review cancellation; section 8.4 covers orders “not shipped within seven (7) business days after the date of provider approval”; section 8.5(a) replaces pharmacy errors. Section 8.8: “you must complete cancellation at least forty-eight (48) hours before the next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your then-current billing period”.
Who does what, from the terms: clinical services come from “independent professional entities, including WizDoc LLC, Jonathan Larson, MD, P.C.”; providers “are licensed in the state in which the patient is located at the time of the consultation”; prescriptions go to “U.S.-based 503A pharmacies (licensed and regulated by the applicable state boards of pharmacy) and 503B outsourcing facilities” (the “Pharmacy Network”). Footer: “SexyMD does not practice medicine and does not prescribe medication.” and “SexyMD does not employ physicians”. Service area, both in the footer: “Sexy MD is available in all 50 states.” and “Services currently available in all states except Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Jersey.”
The operator: the terms name “SexyMD LLC, a Nevada limited liability company” and give “5725 S Valley View Blvd, Suite 7, Las Vegas, NV 89118” for legal notices, with JAMS arbitration seated in Clark County, Nevada and a 30-day opt-out. The footer: “Email: SexyMD's support email 215 E Warm Springs Road Unit 109 Las Vegas NV 89119”. No phone number is published. The FAQ hub's category blurbs read like leftover template copy (“physical locations, contract requirements, and warranty coverage”, “gift card management”).
Shipping: home page, “ships straight to your door in discreet packaging within 3–5 business days”; terms, “Standard shipping timeframes are typically two (2) to five (5) business days from the date the prescription is approved” and “For subscription-based programs, shipment may occur up to ten (10) days in advance of the next scheduled bill date”.
No FDA enforcement action on record: FDA's warning-letter search on “SexyMD”, “sexymd”, “SexyMD LLC”, “WizDoc LLC”, “Jonathan Larson, MD, P.C.”, returns no letter addressed to SexyMD, its operator, the named pharmacies or SexyMD. Search FDA's warning letters.
