Compounded semaglutide costs $299 a month at RestorLife Med once the half-price first month ($149) is over, and compounded tirzepatide $399 after a $199 first month. Separate low-dose “Micro” products sell for $99 and $149 a month.

What it is
RestorLife Med is an online clinic for weight loss, menopause hormone therapy and sermorelin, with a mailing address at 1 Mid America Plaza in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. Its GLP-1 shelf holds four products: semaglutide and tirzepatide, each sold as a low-dose “Micro” tier and as a full protocol compounded with vitamin B12. You choose a product and plan, answer a short medical questionnaire, and a physician reviews it. A pending charge sits on your card and only processes once a prescription is approved.
The physician pictured on the home page is Dr. Michael Wasef, MD, board-certified in internal medicine and listed as founder of Wasef Health. The terms show what sits underneath: the site runs on Bask Health Inc's platform, the prescribing group they name is Beluga Health, P.A., and prescriptions go to a pharmacy network the site never breaks down by name. No company suffix appears anywhere. Every page is signed plain “RestorLife Med”.
It says it serves all 50 states, with a live video visit first where a state requires one. The FAQ promises medication within 48 hours of approval, but the shipping policy allows 2 to 3 business days to process an order and 4 to 12 business days in transit.
Semaglutide costs $299 a month on the full protocol, after a first month at half price, $149. Tirzepatide is $399 a month after a $199 first month. Each card lists the physician consultation, monthly check-ins, dose adjustments, unlimited messaging, shipping and “1 free blood test per quarter” inside the price; no membership sits on top.
The longer full-protocol plans are harder to read. Semaglutide shows $209 a month for three months and $199 for six; tirzepatide shows $279 and $265. The labels say “50% off month 1, then 20% off” and “then 30% off”, and neither card says whether you pay monthly or up front. Every product page also calls its pricing “introductory and subject to change.”
RestorLife Med also sells two low-dose “Micro” products at their own prices: semaglutide at $99 a month ($56 a month billed quarterly) and tirzepatide at $149 ($99 quarterly). The site calls them “a gentle entry point”, separate from the full protocol.
Shipping gets two descriptions. The product cards and FAQ call priority shipping free; RestorLife Med's own shipping policy says the cost shows up at checkout. Once dispensed, a prescription isn't returnable and the sale is final, though the product grid offers your money back in full when a clinician turns the treatment down.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting on the $149 semaglutide price? That's the half-price first month; from month two the full protocol is $299.
Skip RestorLife Med if naming the compounding pharmacy up front matters to you; its pages say only that the compounders hold state licenses.
Need your first box inside two days? The FAQ says 48 hours, yet the shipping policy allows up to 12 business days in transit after 2 to 3 days of processing.
Signing up for six months of tirzepatide? The card prints $265 a month and no billing schedule, so the charge on day one is anyone's guess.
Reading the legal fine print matters to you? The posted terms were last revised January 11, 2022 and spend pages on a testosterone membership and smoking-cessation tools this clinic doesn't sell.
