Nirwana Health review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

Compounded semaglutide injections are $149 a month at Nirwana Health on a cancel-anytime subscription, and the daily semaglutide tablet is $199. Tirzepatide is where the site argues with itself: $199 on the home page and in the page's own price table, $229 on the plan picker you actually check out from.

The short version

In its favor

  • $149 buys one month of compounded semaglutide, no commitment
  • No membership fee on top
  • Clean FDA warning-letter record
  • Prescribers licensed in your state

Against it

  • No pharmacy named
  • No support hours published

What it is

Nirwana Health runs a pay-your-own-way online practice selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in two forms, a shot once a week or a tablet every day, next to testosterone, hair-loss pills, ED medication and a shelf of peptides such as NAD+, sermorelin and tesamorelin. You fill in a short questionnaire, a physician reviews it within 48 hours, and approved orders go out free of charge, usually 4 to 7 business days from approval to your door.

The legal name in the terms is Nirwana Healthcare LLC. The site never prints a street address or a phone number, and the only contact is a support email. It doesn't name the pharmacy either; the footer says only that treatments come “from US licensed pharmacies.” The About page claims doctors “certified to practice across the entire US.”

Two lines in the terms don't fit the storefront. They say Nirwana accepts insurance and may bill it directly, while every product page promises “No Insurance.” And they describe consultations by video, which the weight-loss pages never mention.

What it actually costs

Nirwana Health prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$149$99 /mo, 6 months
Compounded tirzepatide$229$133 /mo, 6 months
Oral semaglutide$199$116 /mo, 6 months

Nirwana Health's own pages print two different prices for compounded tirzepatide. The month-to-month figure above is the one a new customer pays; both figures, and where each appears, are on the cost page.

The semaglutide injection has four prices on its plan picker: $199 for a single month bought once, $149 a month on a subscription you can cancel anytime, $133 a month on a quarterly subscription ($399 every three months, per the page's price table), and $99 a month on a six-month subscription whose total isn't printed. The tablet runs $249, $199, $166 and $116 on the same four plans.

The subscription is cheaper than the one-time month, which is unusual. Buying a single month without signing up costs $50 more for semaglutide and the same for tirzepatide.

Tirzepatide is harder to pin down. The injection picker lists $279 once, $229 monthly, $199 a month quarterly and $133 a month for six months. The home page, the sale banner and the page's own summary table put the monthly injection at $199 and the quarterly one at $166 ($499 every three months). Nobody reconciles the two. The tablet picker shows $299, $249, $233 and $149.

Nirwana says the listed price covers the provider consultation, the dosing plan, the medication, free shipping and unlimited check-ins, and that there's no membership. A “LOOSE50” code for $50 off and a 25%-off pop-up for email sign-ups run on top; neither changes the list price.

Refunds are narrow. You get everything back if the doctor doesn't approve you, and you can ask for a refund if nothing has shipped within 14 days. Otherwise every fee is final, including a mid-cycle cancellation, and a damaged or wrong shipment gets a replacement rather than a refund.

Who it's wrong for

Want to know what tirzepatide costs before you start? Nirwana's own page quotes $199 and $229 for the same monthly injection.

Skip it if you want the compounding pharmacy's name before paying. Nirwana never says which U.S. pharmacy compounds or ships the order.

Not for you if you like to settle problems by phone. There's a single support inbox, no number and no hours.

Planning to stop partway through a month? The refund policy keeps the whole cycle once treatment has begun, and a damaged box is replaced, not refunded.
