What it is

Recovery Delivered is, first, an online addiction-treatment practice. Its home page sells Suboxone care from $89 a month, and most of the site is about opioid and alcohol recovery. Weight loss is a side line on three pages: compounded semaglutide by injection, drops or tablets, and compounded tirzepatide injections.

Every weight-loss patient sees a provider by live video, monthly, and the site makes a point of it: no chatbot and no email follow-ups. Providers are contracted through the Elation EHR system and aren't employees. The company behind it is Tara Healthcare LLC, which describes itself as a technology platform connecting patients to licensed providers in their own state, at 242 Linden St in Fort Collins, Colorado.

GLP-1 care isn't offered everywhere the addiction service is. The semaglutide page excludes 19 states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee and Wisconsin. The terms of service still describe the business as treatment “of opioid use disorder and alcoholism” and say nothing about weight loss.

Recovery Delivered's own pages print two different prices for 2 of its drugs. The month-to-month figure above is the one a new customer pays; both figures, and where each appears, are on the cost page.

Semaglutide injections cost $199.99 monthly through month three, $229.99 in month four and $299.99 from month five on. Tirzepatide is priced by dose: $219.99 at 2.5 mg, $299.99 at 5 mg, $349.99 at 7.5 mg, $399.99 at 10 mg and $489.99 at both 12.5 and 15 mg. Oral semaglutide, drops or tablets, starts at $249. Every figure includes the monthly video visit, medication, supplies and shipping.

The site's own starting prices don't agree. The semaglutide page's headline says $199, its dose card $199.99, and the general weight-loss page $179 on one line and $199 on the next. Tirzepatide shows $219.99 on its own page, while the weight-loss page prints $249 on the card and $219 on the button beneath it. The dose cards are the ones tied to a term, so they're the figures used here.

Recovery Delivered adds no membership or visit charge, and it collects payment only after approval. One term to know: the payment section of the terms says you “May be charged up to full cost if canceling within 24 hours.”

Insurance is used for addiction care in some states, but the weight-loss pages sell GLP-1s as cash-pay, pitched against brand prices “upward of $1,000/month”.

Who it's wrong for

Live in California, Georgia, Illinois or Michigan? Those are four of the 19 states where the GLP-1 program isn't offered.

Budgeting on $199.99 for the long haul? By month five the same semaglutide plan costs $299.99.

Dislike video calls? Every monthly follow-up here happens on camera, by design.

Recovery Delivered keeps its compounding pharmacy anonymous; the pages call it only “a state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy.”

Rescheduling late costs money here: the terms allow a charge of up to the full cost for cancellations inside 24 hours.

  5. 6. The operator and terms: every footer reads “Copyright © 2026 Tara Healthcare LLC” and “Tara Healthcare LLC is a technology platform which connects patients to licensed providers in the state in which they live.” The contact page gives “242 Linden St Fort Collins, CO 80524” and “866-757-9868”. The terms (“Last Updated: 05/01/2025”): “Tara provides patient access to licensed clinicians for the treatment of opioid use disorder and alcoholism through Medication Assisted Treatment.”, “Tara contracts with third-party providers via Elation EHR. Providers are not Tara employees.” and, under Payment, “May be charged up to full cost if canceling within 24 hours”. Section 16 is a mandatory arbitration clause with a class-action waiver.
  7. No FDA enforcement action on record: FDA's warning-letter search on “Recovery Delivered”, “recoverydelivered”, “Tara Healthcare LLC”, returns no letter addressed to Recovery Delivered, its operator, the named pharmacies or Recovery Delivered. Search FDA's warning letters.
