Coivas publishes no one-month price. Compounded semaglutide is sold on a three-month plan at $357 for the first quarter ($119 a month, first-time GLP-1 users only), then $447 a quarter ($149 a month); tirzepatide is $597 and then $687.
One month, no commitment
No 1-month price
No price for one month with no commitment appears on their public pages. Every figure they do publish is below.
Coivas is a New York telehealth brand, operated by WellVi LLC doing business as Coivas, that sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by subscription, with NAD+ and sermorelin on the side. Its clinical partner is Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC of Seattle, and the site says Arora's clinicians are “primarily NPs and PAs.”
The route in is an online intake, then a review by an Arora clinician licensed in your state, with a video or phone visit where state law requires one. Approved medication ships by expedited delivery from whichever 503A or 503B pharmacy the order is routed to. Most members, according to Coivas, are approved within 24 hours.
The sales pitch is the Coivas Challenge: finish three months without losing any weight and Coivas refunds the subscription fees. The small print decides who qualifies.
Every GLP-1 plan on the site bills three months at a time. Semaglutide is $357 for the first quarter, a $119-a-month intro rate for people who've never taken a GLP-1, then $447 a quarter, or $149 a month. Tirzepatide is $597 for the first quarter ($199 a month) and $687 after that ($229 a month).
The home page labels the $119 “MONTHLY PLAN,” and a comparison table lists semaglutide at $149 under “(monthly)”. Both are the quarterly plan's rate expressed per month. No one-month plan appears on any page, though the plan card reads “Save $30 with quarterly plan.”
The price covers the clinician review, the medication, shipping, messaging and dose changes, with “no separate membership or per-visit fees.” The plan card says it's the same at every dose; the home page hedges that changes in “dosage, titration, treatment duration, or provider recommendations may affect your monthly price.” Renewals bill on their own at the standard rate; if you cancel, you keep the quarter you've paid for and get nothing back for the unused weeks.
The Challenge refund returns subscription fees only, not shipping, pharmacy or consultation fees billed on top. To claim it you have to stay enrolled all three months without a pause or failed payment, verify your starting weight within 7 days, prove your final weight with a clinician's attestation or a 30-second scale video, and file within 40 days of the last shipment. Any drop in weight at all voids it.
Who it's wrong for
Took the home page's “MONTHLY PLAN $119/mo” literally? That's a quarterly intro price, $357 charged at once, rising to $447 a quarter.
Hoping to test it for one month? Coivas shows only three-month plans.
Already on a GLP-1 elsewhere? The $119 and $199 intro rates are for first-time users, so you'd start at $447 or $687 a quarter.
Counting on the Challenge refund? Losing a single pound disqualifies you, and so does any pause, gap or late refill form.
Skip it if you need the pharmacy's name before you pay. Coivas says the dispensing pharmacy “may vary” and names none.
