What one month at Mevo Health costs isn't on its site. It prints “as low as” $199 for compounded semaglutide and $259 for compounded tirzepatide, and sells monthly, quarterly and six-month plans without saying which of them those figures belong to.

Our finding
$199 floor, plan unnamed
No plan ladder is published, so there is nothing below to show its working.
Mevo Health LLC, operating under Delaware law, offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide shots by telemedicine and takes no insurance. It names four board-certified physicians who prescribe through the Mevo provider network, headed by Dr. David Wasef, an internal medicine physician; the others are Dr. Frank Suppa, Dr. Andrew Sakla and Dr. Constantin Chikando.
Care starts with an online questionnaire that a physician reviews, by message in most states and by video or phone where state law says so, and a 503A compounding pharmacy chosen by location fills the prescription. Per the telehealth consent, whoever treats you holds a license for the state you're in during the visit. Patients also get a community group for accountability.
The public site is short: a home page, a contact page and four legal pages. It publishes no street address, and the product tiles lead straight into the intake.
Semaglutide is “as low as” $199 and tirzepatide “as low as” $259. Mevo sells three plan lengths, monthly, quarterly and six-month, and never says which one carries those figures or what the other two cost.
No insurance is accepted, and the terms warn that weight-management programs “may include additional terms and fees, which will be presented prior to enrollment.” Payments can include provider or pharmacy fees that Mevo collects on their behalf.
You can cancel before the next billing cycle by emailing the care team. The public terms don't publish a refund policy.
Who it's wrong for
Want the monthly figure before you hand over your health history? Mevo shows only “as low as” prices, with the plan length hidden until the intake.
Skip it if an unspecified fee makes you nervous. The terms say weight-management programs can carry extra fees disclosed only at enrollment.
Curious which pharmacy compounds your vials? Mevo says only that a licensed 503A pharmacy is picked by location.
Prefer a company with a street address on file? Mevo Health LLC lists a phone number and email, nothing more.
If you want a written refund policy, there isn't one in the published terms.
