Näky's cheapest one-month price is $145, for compounded semaglutide drops; a single month of the semaglutide injection is $185 and tirzepatide is $295. The $145 on its injection cards is the six-month supply, $870 at once, and the brand Wegovy pill carries a required $125 monthly membership on top of its $149 starting dose.

What it is
Näky sells GLP-1 treatment online in five forms: compounded semaglutide as a weekly shot or daily drops, compounded tirzepatide, a lower-dose microdose injection, and the brand Wegovy pill. NAD+ and sermorelin sit in a separate longevity section. You take a three-minute quiz, a physician reviews it without a live visit, and you pay only if you're prescribed.
The storefront belongs to Naky Health LLC, which says it provides a technology platform and no medical services. Prescribers come from Wasef Health, PC, a Florida medical group run by Michael Wasef MD, and the telehealth consent inside the terms promises a board-certified physician holding a license in your state. Delaware law governs, with binding arbitration in New York.
The help center names the pharmacy: F&F Pharmacies Inc, doing business as Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, in Fairfield, Ohio. That same answer lists ten states where it isn't licensed, including California, Texas, New Jersey and North Carolina, and the shipping page says Näky serves “select U.S. states” shown at checkout. Pharmacy processing takes 2 to 4 business days, then 3 to 5 days by FedEx or UPS.
The semaglutide injection costs $185 for a one-month supply, $495 for three months and $870 for six. Tirzepatide is $295, $825 and $1,590. The “starting at” figures on the cards, $145 and $265, are the six-month supplies divided by six, so a first-time buyer who wants one month pays $185 or $295.
The drops are the cheap door in: $145 for a one-month supply, no longer plan offered. The microdose injection is $195 for one month or $555 for three, and the page advertises the three-month rate of $185 a month.
The Wegovy pill is priced by dose, $149 a month at 1.5 mg and 4 mg and $299 at 9 mg and 25 mg, plus a mandatory $125 monthly membership for FDA-approved plans. That's $274 for the first month and $424 once you reach 9 mg. Its card says “starting at $145/mo”, a number that matches none of its doses.
Näky's billing help page says the visible price covers the provider consult, prescription management and the compounded medication, and the banner promises free 2-day shipping. There's no separate visit fee. Cards, Apple Pay, Klarna and Afterpay are accepted.
Once an order reaches a physician for review it can't be canceled, even before anything is dispensed, and the refund policy says fees aren't refundable in whole or in part. Refills and renewals can be canceled from your account.
Who it's wrong for
Reading $145 as the monthly price of a semaglutide shot? It's the six-month supply, $870 charged together; one month of the injection is $185.
Live in California, Texas or New Jersey? The one pharmacy Näky names lists those among ten states where it holds no license, so check availability at checkout before you pay.
Not for you if you want the Wegovy pill cheaply. The $125 membership lifts the 1.5 mg month to $274 and the 9 mg month to $424.
Second thoughts after checkout don't get your money back here. Orders under physician review can't be canceled, and the refund policy rules out refunds of any fee.
Skip it if you need to reach a person by phone: there's no number, only account messaging and email, with weekday replies in up to 72 hours.
