AlyveRx lists compounded semaglutide injections from $183 a month and tirzepatide injections from $283, with sublingual drops from $203 and $249; each is a floor, and the higher doses go unpriced. Ozempic and Mounjaro pens are listed from $1,395 a month, Wegovy from $1,695.

What it is
AlyveRx is the storefront of Alyve, Inc., a Florida managed services organization that sells weight-loss, anti-aging and sexual-health treatment through affiliated independent providers. Its GLP-1 menu has compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in two forms, weekly shots and under-the-tongue drops, next to the brand pens Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro. Compounded NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin make up the anti-aging side.
The drops are what it leads with. They're made with PermeAct, a delivery base the site credits to its founder and chief formulator, Steve Kushner, and sells as the needle-free option. After an assessment online and a provider's review, approved orders go out free by expedited delivery, which the home page promises in under 48 hours.
Alyve says it doesn't practice medicine, employ physicians or take insurance. Providers work through affiliated professional entities, and you have to be in a state where they're licensed. The only description of the pharmacies is “licensed, USA-based compounding pharmacies,” and the terms let you ask for your prescription to go to one you choose.
Every GLP-1 price is a floor. Semaglutide injections start at $183 a month and semaglutide drops at $203; tirzepatide flips that, with the drops at $249 and the injection at $283. The home-page cards say “Starting at” and “monthly,” the product pages say “From,” and no page shows the dose ladder or what the higher doses cost.
The brand pens are priced by the month too: Ozempic and Mounjaro from $1,395 and Wegovy from $1,695. Neither the cards nor the product pages say whether that covers the provider's care or only the medication.
No membership fee appears on any page, and shipping is free. The terms say care plans can be recurring subscriptions billed at whatever frequency checkout discloses and renewing until you cancel in your account settings before the next billing date. No multi-month plan or prepay discount is published.
Refunds are narrow. Once an order is processed, AlyveRx treats the charge as generally final, making exceptions for damage, loss in transit or a treatment that becomes unavailable; in that last case you choose among a prorated refund on what hasn't shipped from a prepaid plan, a platform credit or an alternative your provider suggests.
The terms read like an unfinished template. The last-updated date sits in brackets, the governing state and court venue are the placeholders “[GOVERNING STATE]” and “[GOVERNING VENUE]”, and the support address for cancellations reads “[SUPPORT EMAIL]”.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting on $183? It's the starting figure for semaglutide injections, and the price at later doses isn't shown.
Skip it if you expect brand Wegovy near list price. AlyveRx starts it at $1,695 a month.
Not for you if unfinished paperwork bothers you. The terms still carry placeholders for the governing state, the venue and the support email.
Set on Zepbound? It isn't on the menu; the brand tirzepatide here is Mounjaro, from $1,395.
If you need a pharmacy's name before you order, none is given, though you can ask for the prescription to go to one you pick.

The prices, from the product grid on the home page: “Compounded Tirzepatide Starting at $283/mo monthly”, “Tirzepatide Sublingual Drops Starting at $249/mo monthly”, “Compounded Semaglutide Starting at $183/mo monthly”, “Semaglutide Sublingual Drops Starting at $203/mo monthly”, “Mounjaro® Starting at $1395/mo monthly”, “Wegovy® Starting at $1695/mo monthly” and “Ozempic® Starting at $1395/mo monthly”. A different figure sits in the page source but not on screen: the home page's meta description says “Sublingual Tirzepatide from $329/month”, and a navigation tile that doesn't display pairs “Compounded Tirzepatide” with “$329/month”. The visible Weight Loss menu shows product names only.
What's included, from the product pages: “Weekly injectable treatment with 5mL vial and homekit included.” (both injections), “Needle-free, sublingual drops.” (both drops), “Weekly injectable treatment, single-dose pen (multiple strengths).” (the brand pens) and “Free expedited shipping.” The home page: “Delivered in less than 48 hours”, “No insurance required” and “Free and discreet delivery”.
The terms of service render with many words run together on the live page, so the quotations here are fragments that read cleanly. Billing: “Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.”, with cancellation through account settings or by contacting “[SUPPORT EMAIL]” before the next billing date. Refunds: charges “are generally non-refundable once an order has been processed.”, and for a treatment that becomes unavailable a “refund based on the unshipped portion of any prepaid plan.” processed within 30 days, or a platform credit.
Who does what: the safety-information page says compounded medications are “prepared by licensed, USA-based compounding pharmacies”, and the terms describe Alyve, Inc. as a clinical infrastructure and managed services organization that does not employ physicians or practice medicine, with prescribing by independent providers through affiliated professional entities. Eligibility is limited to adults “physically located within a state where our affiliated providers are” licensed. On pharmacies, a patient may ask that the prescription be “sent to a pharmacy of your choice”. The home FAQ: “Our network of partner physicians may prescribe FDA-approved and compounded medications.”
The drops' delivery base, from the home page: “Steve Kushner Founder, Chief Scientist and Formulator” and “Alyveᴿˣ solved this problem by developing sublingual and transdermal delivery methods, making these medications accessible to everyone.”
No FDA enforcement action on record: FDA's warning-letter search on “AlyveRx”, “alyverx”, “Alyve, Inc.”, “Alyve”, “AlyveRX”, returns no letter addressed to AlyveRx, its operator, the named pharmacies or AlyveRx. Search FDA's warning letters.
