Billing, canceling and refunds

GLP-1 protocols require a 90-day commitment billed monthly that can't be canceled early, after which they renew month to month.
Missing the terms' 15-day opt-out window before a new protocol cycle means paying for that cycle.
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once clinical review begins, and medication can't be refunded or returned once prepared or shipped.
Problems with a delivery must be reported in writing within 24 hours, or the shipment is deemed accepted.
