Two of these rungs are one month of the same drug at two prices, because the company publishes both. The product page charges $129; the homepage plan grid, which is the surface the advertising points at, charges $179. The product pages state a total for a supply and no monthly rate, so the per-month column for the longer terms is arithmetic on their totals rather than a figure the company prints, and three months at $497 works out at $165.67 a month against $129 for a single month. The semaglutide pages also carry neither of the two promises the tirzepatide pages make: “Same price at every dose” and “No membership fees” appear on all three tirzepatide pages and on neither semaglutide page, which print “Provider-reviewed care” and “Compounded at U.S. pharmacies” in their place.

Every tirzepatide page promises “Same price at every dose” and “No membership fees”. The per-month column is arithmetic on the totals those pages publish, and it runs the wrong way: $209 for one month, $286.33 a month across three, $250 a month across six. The struck-through figure on each page belongs to a longer term than the page sells, so the 3-month page strikes out $1,254, which is twelve months at nothing the site charges, and the 6-month page strikes out $2,508.
$129 for one month of compounded semaglutide and $209 for one month of compounded tirzepatide, on the product pages that take the order.
Prepaying is dearer per month than not prepaying, on both drugs. Semaglutide is $497 for three months, or $165.67 a month against $129 for one. Tirzepatide is $859 for three months, $286.33 a month against $209 for one, and $1,500 for six months, or $250 a month.
The homepage plan grid sells the opposite arithmetic. Its tirzepatide row reads “1 Month$209/mo”, “3 MonthsPopular$179/moSave $90”, “6 Months$174.67/moSave $206” and “12 MonthsBest Value$187.33/moSave $260”, and its semaglutide row starts at “1 Month$179/mo”. Every saving on that grid is internally consistent against a $209 and $179 base, and none of the multi-month figures matches the product page for the same bundle.
The grid also labels its dearest long plan the cheapest. Twelve months of tirzepatide is $187.33 a month where six months is $174.67 a month, and the twelve-month rung carries the words “Best Value”.
Two of the four plans the grid sells have no product page at all. The sitemap publishes one- and three-month semaglutide and one-, three- and six-month tirzepatide, and nothing for the six-month semaglutide or either twelve-month bundle.
A consultation fee exists and is never priced. The terms say only that “If you receive a medical consultation, medical consult fees are not subject to or eligible for a refund.”
