One figure at every dose, and the page says so three ways: “Same price, any dose.” under the product tile, “Always the Same Price, Any Dose” in the headline, and “the same price at any dose” in the pricing answer. No dose tier table appears anywhere on the page.

The same one-price structure as semaglutide, and a single sentence covers both drugs: “the same price at any dose”.
Fees on top of the medication
- Membership. Required: $199, billed once a year. Collective won't sell the medication outside the membership: “Collective membership required.” The fee is annual, and the company is explicit about it: “membership is $199/year, billed annually—not monthly”. The $16.58 carried here is our division of that fee across twelve months, not a rate Collective publishes. The twelve-month rung below is the charge the card actually takes.
- Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.
Billing, canceling and refunds
- Membership is charged once a year at $199, after a 21-day free trial that still bills for medication.
- Canceling within the trial means no membership charge at all.
- After that, membership fees are non-refundable with no partial-period refunds, and a canceled membership stays active until the paid year runs out.
- A patient the doctor declines gets a full refund and is never charged for medication that isn't sent.
