The charge today is the discounted first month, $112; the standing rate is $212. ⚠ The card sells four weeks of medication and prices it "/month": thirteen four-week supplies fill a 364-day year, so $212 a supply is $2,756 a year rather than the $2,544 twelve payments would be.

The Elite product is a combination of both molecules and is filed here because tirzepatide is the more expensive half; Enhance MD's own words are "Dual GLP-1 + GIP with a combination of the Core and Advanced compounds." The microdosing card is the odd one out: "Starting at $169 /month (1mg/week)" with "Medication shipped every 12 weeks" and no first-month discount at all.
$212 a month for semaglutide, $112 for the first. Tirzepatide is $280 and $180. The combination product is $322 and $222. All doses, one price, no membership.
Now read the banner running above all of it: "Begin GLP-1 weight loss with up to $150 off your first order", and the sale headline underneath, "Labor Day Sale: Our Best Offer of the Year. Save up to $150 on your first order." Take the difference on each card and it is $100, $100 and $100. Not one product on the page reaches $150 off, and the two that aren't GLP-1s — NAD+ at $169 and the microdose tirzepatide at $169 — carry no first-month discount whatsoever. Five products, three discounts, all identical, none of them $150.
The other thing to catch is on the card itself. Under the price, in the feature list, is the line "4 Weeks of Medication" — and the price above it says "/month". Four weeks is not a month, and thirteen four-week supplies fill a year, so $212 a supply is $2,756 a year rather than the $2,544 that twelve payments comes to. That is $212 of difference nobody sees, because Enhance MD never prints an annual figure.
The microdose plan is stranger again. It is priced "$169 /month (1mg/week)" and its own feature list says "Medication shipped every 12 weeks." A monthly rate on a quarterly shipment is not necessarily a monthly bill, and the page doesn't say which it is.
