Billing, canceling and refunds

A patient found medically ineligible gets a full refund, and an order still awaiting pharmacy submission can be canceled with its money back.
After transmission to the pharmacy, FitFlow permits neither cancellation nor refund.
A subscription ends at the close of the current billing cycle after you ask through the contact page, with no partial or prorated refund.
Damaged deliveries have to be reported within 24 hours of arrival, with a photo.
