Billing, canceling and refunds
A hold for the full plan price is released with no charge if a clinician doesn't approve treatment.
One-month GLP-1 plans renew every 23 days and three-month plans every 83 days until canceled, with a reminder email seven days before each renewal.
Returns of prescription medication aren't accepted, refunds after approval are discretionary courtesy reviews, and $75 of each renewal is kept as a consultation fee.
Canceling future refills carries no fee, but restarting later is at the prices current then.
