The refund policy says only that you are charged “for the first month of the Subscription Services” when the intake is completed. The $597 and $2,148 in the ladder are $199 × 3 and $179 × 12, our multiplication. A plan screen at the end of the intake showed those same two totals as up-front charges in August 2026; that screen isn't public.

One price at every dose. Gala's FAQ: “If a higher dose is recommended, it will be available at no additional cost.” Switching medication kits is free as well. The compounded GLP-1 page prints the condition under the price: “All doses included. Yearly subscription.”
