The monthly rung is the only one where today's charge and the ongoing rate differ: $190 buys the first month and every month after renews at $165. HealthRX publishes the mechanism, “every renewal carries a standing $25 subscriber credit off the plan price, which is the Renews at column above”, and it applies to each term, so the three-month plan renews at $374 and the annual at $1,163. A separate route in, “Subscribe & Save”, is “$149 for the first month, then $165 per month”, landing on the same ongoing figure.
