$99$1,188

The monthly rung is the only one where the charge today and the ongoing rate differ: $190 buys the first month and every month after renews at $165. The mechanism is published rather than hidden — “every renewal carries a standing $25 subscriber credit off the plan price, which is the Renews at column above” — and it applies to each term, so the three-month plan renews at $374 and the annual at $1,163. A separate route in, “Subscribe & Save”, is “$149 for the first month, then $165 per month”, landing on the same ongoing figure.

Tirzepatide follows the same shape and the same $25 renewal credit: $239 buys the first month and $214 recurs, and Subscribe & Save is “$193 for the first month, then $214 per month”.

What the price includes

$190 for the first month of compounded semaglutide and $165 for every month after, or $239 then $214 for tirzepatide. Both figures come off one table that prints the charge, the per-month rate and the renewal side by side.

Prepay and it falls the usual way: semaglutide is $133 a month on three months ($399 today), $119 on six ($714) and $99 on twelve ($1,188). Tirzepatide runs $627, $1,194 and $2,148.

The renewal column is what makes this list unusual. Every term renews below its opening price, and the reason is stated: “every renewal carries a standing $25 subscriber credit off the plan price”. On the monthly plan that is the difference between $190 and $165. Most of the roster moves the other way, with an introductory rate that lapses into a higher one.

The plan is the whole bill. “Plans are flat-priced and include the consultation, prescription, medication, and shipping”, with no membership and no consultation fee, and the refund promise is “Full refund if a provider does not approve you.”

One qualifier belongs on all of it. The pricing page carries the line “Prices current as of July 28, 2026”, which is more than almost anyone here publishes and is also five weeks old.

The rest of the review — what the service is like and who should skip it — is on the HealthRX review. Prices move; this page was read September 2026, and the company's own site is the current source.

To see every plan above priced out line by line — the rate, any required membership, any published consultation fee, and what a prepay term charges today — use the real cost calculator. It reads the same ladder this page does, so the two cannot disagree.

How HealthRX's advertised figure compares with every other company's, in each company's own words and sorted by the size of the gap, is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
