Flat at every strength. The plan card lists 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.7 mg and 2.4 mg at one figure and says “One flat price at every dose, no upcharge as you titrate up.” Each vial comes with L-Carnitine. A dose goes up only when you ask and the care team approves, typically no sooner than every four weeks.

The injection costs the same from 2.5 mg through 15 mg, with L-Carnitine in each vial. MadeMed also sells compounded tirzepatide as a daily sublingual tablet (3 mg to 7 mg, one price at each strength): $299 a month on the quarterly plan, billed $897, or $279 a month on the six-month plan, billed $1,674.

A compounded sublingual tablet with B6 added; MadeMed doesn't sell Novo Nordisk's Wegovy pill. One price covers 1 mg through 6 mg, and the page calls the product “a compounded medication that has not been approved by the FDA”.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. $39. Kept only when a physician declines to prescribe. Under every GLP-1 plan card: “If not prescribed, you'll receive a full refund minus a $39 doctor visit fee.” An approved patient pays no separate visit fee; the plan price includes the physician consultation.

Billing, canceling and refunds

Plans bill every three or six months and renew until you cancel; no monthly plan is offered.
Canceling, by dashboard click or email, stops the next renewal but refunds no part of the current term.
A patient who isn't prescribed is refunded everything except a $39 doctor visit fee.
Once dispensed, medication is non-returnable and the sale final; MadeMed wants damaged, wrong or missing orders flagged within a week of delivery.
