Same price at every dose, stated on every product page as “Same price, any dose”, with lab work and the provider visit inside the figure. The $179 on the month-to-month card is a coupon: the card reads “$299 $179/1st mo” beside “USE CODE WELCOME120OFF”, and the line under the ladder settles it as “First month $179, then $299/mo”.

The same shape at a higher base. Month to month is $399 with a $279 first month behind the same coupon, and the twelve-month rung charges $3,228 at once. Every total on this ladder is the per-month figure times its term, so the page's arithmetic reconciles exactly.

A daily dissolvable tablet rather than a weekly injection, priced on the same four rungs and dearer than the injection at every one of them. The site sells it as “GLP-1 weight loss without needles”.
$299 a month for compounded semaglutide with no commitment, $399 for tirzepatide, and $369 for the semaglutide tablet. Those are the standing rates, and they are the top of each ladder rather than the bottom.
Prepaying genuinely discounts here, unlike several companies on this roster. Semaglutide falls to $249 a month on three, $219 on six and $169 on twelve, and every total reconciles exactly with its per-month figure.
The advertised $169 is the twelve-month rung and costs $2,028 in a single charge. The refund policy is explicit that the fee “is charged upfront for the contracted term you selected and is non-refundable”, with an exception where a provider disqualifies the patient on medical grounds.
The $179 on the month-to-month card is a coupon on the first month, not a rate. The card carries “USE CODE WELCOME120OFF” and the line beneath the ladder reads “First month $179, then $299/mo”.
The brand route has no published price at all. Its three tiles read “$99 Membership + Medication Cost” for Zepbound and for Wegovy and “$171 Membership + Medication Cost” for Ozempic, and the medication cost is never stated. What is priced there is the membership.
The rest of the review — what the service is like and who should skip it — is on the MEDGm review. Prices move, and the company's own site is the current source.
To see every plan above priced out line by line — the rate, any required membership, any published consultation fee, and what a prepay term charges today — use the real cost calculator. It reads the same ladder this page does, so the two cannot disagree.
How MEDGm's advertised figure compares with every other company's, in each company's own words and sorted by the size of the gap, is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
