Nurx prescribes Wegovy and Ozempic and dispenses neither. The line under its price panel reads “Medications are not available for shipment through Nurx. Final cost determined by your pharmacy and insurance coverage.” The figures beside each brand, “Starts at $1300 / month on average” for Wegovy and “Starts at $1000 / month on average” for Ozempic, are estimates of what a local pharmacy will charge, marked “price not guaranteed”. They aren't Nurx prices, so they aren't rungs on this ladder.

Zepbound and Mounjaro work the same way and carry the same kind of estimate: “Starts at $1000 / month on average”, followed by “Pick up in person, not shipped by Nurx.”
