No price for one month with no commitment appears on their public pages. Every figure they do publish is below.

Nurx prescribes Wegovy and Ozempic and does not dispense either. Its own line under the price panel is “Medications are not available for shipment through Nurx. Final cost determined by your pharmacy and insurance coverage.” The figures it shows beside each brand — “Starts at $1300 / month on average” for Wegovy, “Starts at $1000 / month on average” for Ozempic — are estimates of what a local pharmacy will charge, marked “price not guaranteed”, so they are not rungs and are not on this ladder.

Zepbound and Mounjaro are prescribed on the same terms and priced the same way: “Starts at $1000 / month on average”, followed by “Pick up in person, not shipped by Nurx.”
$79 to be looked at, then $79 a month for as long as you stay. Nurx states both plainly: “The initial consultation fee is $79, followed by a monthly provider support fee of $79/month.” So the first month is $158 before a single dose of anything.
The medication is not in that. If you are prescribed a brand pen, Nurx says “pricing typically ranges from $650-1300/month on average for lowest dose without insurance coverage (ask your local pharmacy to confirm the price). You will pick up and pay for your medication at your local pharmacy.” Those are your pharmacy's numbers, offered as a range and marked not guaranteed, which is why none of them counts as a Nurx price.
There is a cheaper route and it is not a GLP-1. Nurx ships oral weight-loss medicines itself — bupropion, naltrexone, metformin, topiramate — and prices them: “If you use cash, your treatment plan will cost $60-329 for a 1-month supply depending on your medications.” Those are real Nurx charges, still on top of the $79 a month, and they are a different class of drug from everything else on this roster.
It also declines a whole category on purpose: “Nurx providers do not prescribe any controlled medications including phentermine, Adipex or Qsymia.”
So there is no month-to-month GLP-1 price for Nurx. That is the shape of the business, not a gap.
