† Oak prints $119 and $185 as “Per month, 12-month plan” and never says whether a 12-month plan is charged once or month by month. The terms describe prescriptions “configured in packages that contain several weeks’ worth of product” on “a subscription that will renew on a recurring basis.” The charged-today figures on these rungs, $1,428 and $2,220, are twelve times the monthly rate: this site's arithmetic, not Oak's.

No dose table is published, and the terms let the price move with the dose: “Your Subscription fee may change from time to time based on changes in dosage, prescription or form of product.” Doses start low and step up “about every four weeks as tolerated”.

Same terms as semaglutide: a 12-month rate on the page, a one-month price only at checkout, and a subscription fee that “may change from time to time based on changes in dosage”.

Brand semaglutide

No price for this on Oak's own pages.

Branded GLP-1 injector pens and oral Wegovy tablets are both listed as options. The comparison table on the semaglutide page gives Wegovy's price as “Quoted at checkout”.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. Oak's terms say “patients are charged a membership fee for a Provider consult (either asynchronous or synchronous)” and give the provider's contracted share as “$40 for synchronous (video)” and “$20 for asynchronous” visits. That share isn't what the patient pays, and the fee itself is never priced, so there is no amount to add. The marketing reads the other way: the home page says “No hidden fees”.

Billing, canceling and refunds

Prescriptions run as subscriptions that renew and charge the card on file for each refill until canceled.
Turn the subscription off by logging in; Oak aims to act within 24 hours, and a paid refill within 48 hours of shipping still goes out.
After a provider prescribes and the order reaches the pharmacy, it can no longer be stopped and is not refunded, even if the shipment is intercepted.
