The FAQ answers “Does pricing change by dose?” with “No. Open Water Rx pricing is a flat monthly rate regardless of your prescribed dose.” and says the plan “covers the full titration schedule”. A separate lower-dose semaglutide microdosing protocol is priced on its own at $180 for one month, $555 for three and $990 for six.

The same flat rate applies. The FAQ names “Your semaglutide plan at $169/mo or tirzepatide plan at $219/mo” as covering starting dose through maintenance “at the same monthly price.” Tirzepatide tablets are also sold, at $319 for one month, $897 for three and $1,650 for six.

These are compounded tablets; Novo Nordisk's Wegovy pill isn't sold here. The FAQ says “Oral GLP-1 medications available through Open Water Rx are compounded formulations”. There's no per-dose table, and the flat-rate answer on the pricing page covers every program.

Billing, canceling and refunds

Payment is collected at signup, and a patient the provider doesn't treat gets a full refund.
An order that has entered pharmacy processing is nonrefundable, while broken or mistaken medication is swapped out by the pharmacy instead of refunded.
Under Open Water Rx's policy, cancel by email or at 855-597-1248 no later than three days ahead of a charge; Surfbound's version needs no notice and works from the patient portal.
If a provider later stops treatment for medical reasons, unused subscription charges are refunded.
