† Applies to the three annual rungs. Pallas's disclosure says “your first charge (the first month on the monthly plan; the full term on other plans) is made once a clinician prescribes”, so an annual plan is charged at once, but only a “per-month average” is printed (“$159/mo average on the annual plan”, “$259/mo average”, “$226/mo average”), spread over a 48-week term. The annual totals ($1,908, $3,108, $2,712) are that average times twelve, our multiplication, not Pallas's figures. The 12-week tablet plan's $777 is Pallas's own figure.
Weekly injection, one price at every dose: “Your compounded plan costs the same at every dose, from your starting dose to maintenance — semaglutide is $139 for your first month, then $239 every 4 weeks on any dose.” New patients pay $139 for the first month. Quarterly and six-month plans exist per the terms, but no price is printed for either; only the annual average of $159 a month is.

Two different products share this block. The month-to-month figure belongs to Novo Nordisk's Wegovy tablet: $299 for the first month, then $499 every 4 weeks, at “pharmacy cash-pay rates”. Pallas's compounded semaglutide tablets are sold only on 12-week ($777) or annual terms, so no one-month price exists for them. Foundayo (orforglipron) is priced like the Wegovy pill, $299 then $499.

The last two columns are our arithmetic, not Pallas Health's: the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at Pallas Health's month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.
The service, the checks and who should skip Pallas Health are in the Pallas Health review. To price a plan line by line with any membership and fee added, use the real cost calculator; it reads the same ladder. How the advertised figure compares with every other company's is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
