Billing, canceling and refunds

Cancel in writing before your consultation and you may get a full refund, less an administrative fee of up to $99.
If the provider declines you, every dollar comes back; after the prescription is written the terms treat the order as final, though the help center allows a partial refund before it ships.
Month-to-month plans renew every 20 days and 3-month plans every 10 weeks, and a renewed charge isn't refundable.
Plans with a minimum commitment are billed through the end of the commitment even if you cancel.
