Fees on top of the medication

• Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
• Consultation. $99. From the pricing page: “Weight loss consultation $ 99 /consultation”, and from the weight-loss medication page: “Weight loss treatment through QuickMD is $99 per visit.” The same page adds “No subscription required.”

Billing, canceling and refunds

• A visit counts as completed once you've spoken with the provider, and completed visits aren't refunded whatever the outcome.
• Canceled, missed or failed visits become account credit, usable for 12 months and refundable only if requested within 30 days of the original charge.
• Missing a visit or canceling within an hour of it deducts $35 from your credit, and a disputed charge for a completed visit can add a $25 fee.
