⚠ "when purchased quarterly" sits at the foot of the SEMAGLUTIDE card and not the brand card beside it — established by measuring the two columns, since the brand card's column ends above the footnote with no line of its own. So $151 is a three-month rate, not a month. ⛔ Roen never prints the quarterly total; the charged-today column here is this site's multiplication. A one-month supply IS sold — the FAQ says "We offer 1 month or 3 month supplies of GLP-1s for as little as $151/month" — and its price appears on no page read. ⚠ Both price cards are headed "With Insurance", including this one, and compounded semaglutide is not an insurance benefit.

⛔ This is a copay with insurance, not a cash price, and Roen says what it is doing to get there: "Our coordinators work closely with you to get your medication covered, reducing the price of semaglutide from $1,349 to roughly $25 /month." One card covers four brand drugs — Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Mounjaro — so the same $25 is quoted for both molecules. A reader without coverage does not get this figure; the same sentence offers them $151 instead.
Two figures are published and neither is a month a reader can buy. The brand card reads "as low as $25/month" for Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Mounjaro, and that is a copay: Roen's own explanation is that its coordinators work to get the medication covered, "reducing the price of semaglutide from $1,349 to roughly $25 /month."
The compounded card reads "as low as $151/month", and the footnote under it — measured to that card rather than the one beside it — says "when purchased quarterly". So $151 buys three months at a time. Roen never prints the quarterly total, and a reader who wants a single month is told a one-month supply exists without being told what it costs.
Then a membership. Roen's refund policy says it "charges a membership fee (the 'Membership Fee') for access to certain features of Services", that the fee "may be modified by Roen from time to time", that it "does not inherently include the cost of medication and pharmacy fulfillment", and that members "may be required to sign up for multiple months membership" to keep continuity of care. Its size is published nowhere, and it is non-refundable.
