Its Wegovy page reprints Novo Nordisk's self-pay price through the NovoCare pharmacy: $199 for each of a new patient's first two months at the two lowest strengths, then $349 at every Wegovy dose. Ozempic costs $349 up through the 1 mg pen and $499 for 2 mg, with the same $199 start. The offer terms run to December 31, 2026. At Costco Pharmacy, members pay $199 for up to two fills at the lowest doses and $349 for Wegovy injections at the 1 mg dose and above.

Historical price quote from the earlier review; confirm current manufacturer terms before relying on it. Paid to LillyDirect, not to Sesame. The Zepbound page lists vials at $299 (2.5 mg), $399 (5 mg) and $449 (7.5 mg to 15 mg), and KwikPens at $299, $399, $499 (7.5 mg) and $699 (10 mg to 15 mg). The program page also shows a Zepbound tile “from $1,086”, with no product named. Mounjaro pens, the Mounjaro page says, run $1,050 to $1,300 a month without insurance, depending on the pharmacy.

Sesame's pages give Novo's self-pay price, $149 monthly for the two lower strengths and $299 for the two higher ones, filled through Novo Nordisk's pharmacy. Costco Pharmacy lists the 1.5 mg tablets at $149 for members, rising to $199 after December 31, 2026. The orforglipron pill Foundayo is also prescribed, from $149 under a Lilly offer that ends December 31, 2026.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. Required: $99 a month. The Success by Sesame program fee covers care, not medication: “Month-to-Month Plan: Billed every month at $99 per month.”, charged “every 28 days” per the billing FAQ, or $59 a month on an annual plan. “The subscription fee does not include the cost of medication.” Costco members get 10% off it; no dollar figure is published for that discount.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

The month-to-month plan bills $99 every 28 days; quarterly, six-month and annual plans bill once per term, in advance.
Cancel at least 3 hours before the first visit for a full refund; once that visit happens, the first month isn't refundable.
Cancellation must land before the next billing cycle (48 hours before renewal, per the terms), and nothing is prorated.
Leaving a multi-month plan early re-prices the months used at the standard monthly rate and refunds whatever remains, which can be nothing.
Medication is paid to the pharmacy that fills it, under that pharmacy's terms.
