The product page publishes the ladder as a table: "Plan Per Month 1 Month $199 6 Months $179 Save $120 12 Months $159 Save $480". Both savings badges reconcile against the $199 rung, which is rarer than it should be. Shed labels the shortest option 1 Month; its terms bind every program to two, so the rung is labeled here by what it commits you to. That rung shows $199 charged today because billing renews monthly, and $398 is what you are on the hook for. The 6- and 12-month figures are the full term multiplied out, which is the first of the two settlements Shed's terms allow: "payment of the full multi-month program fee at the time of purchase, or (ii) installment billing in which the multi-month program fee is divided into installments charged at the cadence selected at checkout".

The starting cash price for a new patient, medication only, paid to the dispensing pharmacy. Shed prints no dose table and no higher figure. The $125 monthly Shed membership is charged on top: “Starting at $149/month + additional $125/month Shed Membership”.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. Required for brand orforglipron, brand semaglutide and brand tirzepatide: $125 a month. Required for brand medication, which is bought separately from the dispensing pharmacy. Every brand page's hero prices it at $125 a month (“Additional $125/month Shed Membership”), and so does the Foundayo footnote; the Wegovy and Zepbound footnotes say “the $99 Shed membership and provider fee”. The terms add: “The membership fee is separate from the cost of medication.” Compounded programs carry no separate membership.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

Every program has a two-month minimum; leaving early brings no refund or credit, and the balance is still owed.
Billing runs every 28 days or monthly, depending on the program.
Give 72 hours' notice before a billing date to cancel; the portal accepts it only after the two months are complete.
Multi-month programs are paid in full at purchase or split into installments at the cadence chosen at checkout.
