⛔ The plan cards read like monthly billing and the checkout says otherwise: the whole term is charged on day one, and the cycle is “Every 30 days for 6 months” rather than a calendar month. ⚠ Two more rungs are advertised on each product page and are not here, because SkinnyRx publishes a per-month rate for them and no charge: the injectable at $289 on four months and $225 on twelve, the tablets at $289 on three and $225 on twelve. Only the six-month plan carries an authorization line, and reaching the others means pressing Buy Now.
We did not find a price for this on SkinnyRx's own pages when we read them in September 2026.
SkinnyRx sells compounded semaglutide as an injection and as a tablet and publishes one figure for each: “$99 first month” and “$149 first month”. Neither has a shop page, neither has a plan ladder, and its sitemap carries no /shop/semaglutide path at all. Its buttons go to the intake, which runs past eleven screens to an account-creation wall without showing a price. So there is no standing semaglutide rate to publish — not because the walk stopped early, but because nothing before the wall states one.
$299 a month for compounded tirzepatide, injection or tablet, once the first month is behind you. The first month is $99 for the injection and $199 for the tablet.
The prepay rungs cut the standing rate rather than the first month: $289 a month on four months, $250 on six, $225 on twelve, with the $99 or $199 first month on top of each.
⛔ Read the checkout before the plan card. The card looks like a monthly bill; the authorization line says “By checking out, you authorize a $1,349.10 charge today for a 6 month plan that then auto-renews every 6 months at $1,500.” The whole term leaves the card at once, and the order summary sets the cycle at “Every 30 days for 6 months” rather than calendar months.
It also renews dearer than it sells. The same line that takes $1,349.10 renews at $1,500, on a site whose shop pages say “We bundle it all — for a price that never goes up.”
The $72.21 on nine pages is not a SkinnyRx price. It is a financing illustration on a hypothetical purchase: “For example, a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR.”
Neither is the $250 consultation figure. That sits in a column headed “The traditional route”, next to $100 a month for follow-ups and $50 for messaging — what SkinnyRx says a clinic charges, not what it charges. Its own line is that clinician access costs nothing extra.
Two savings claims do not survive their own arithmetic. The injectable page prints “Your total/mo $224.85”, “Traditional total/year $6,250” and “TOTAL ANNUAL SAVINGS $3,250”, but $224.85 across twelve months is $2,698.20, which leaves $3,551.80. The tablets page reconciles exactly. And “Your total/mo” matches no rung on either page: the injectable twelve-month plan works out at $214.50 a month, not $224.85.
