Dose never moves the bill: the plan card reads “Same price no matter the dose”, echoed on the home page as “Same price, every dose, every month.” The FAQ's standard protocol begins at 0.25 mg a week for four weeks, then 0.5 mg for eight, and adds that “Dosage will include Ondanestron (brand name Zofran®)”. Six- and twelve-month charges ($474 and $828) are the card rate times the term, per the terms' up-front billing rule; no page prints them.

Tirzepatide carries the same “Same price no matter the dose” line. Its one-month product page shows $149 against a struck-through $349. The $774 and $1,428 charged for six and twelve months are our multiplication of the card rates; the site states only that longer plans are billed in full at the start.

Billing, canceling and refunds

All payments are final at purchase, for single-month and multi-month plans alike.
You can cancel anytime by email, phone or the portal; canceling stops future billing but refunds nothing already paid.
Stopping a renewal takes 72 hours' notice under the refund policy, or 5 days before the prescription period ends under the terms.
A clinician's medical disqualification refunds the unused part of the term, minus the value of services already rendered.
