No commitment, and no cheaper rung: this is what the site publishes.

Two formats, two flat prices, and no dose tier under either. The pricing block that carries them is headed “Simple, Transparent Pricing” and closes with “Price includes physician consultations and free shipping.” Both figures are month to month; the product pages hedge them as “As low as $129/mo” and no lower rung is published on any Strut page.

The tirzepatide pages sit under /mens-weight-loss/ and carry a “Save 14%” badge on the injection and “Save 17%” on the oral, each beside an “As low as” figure that is the only figure Strut prints for that product. There is nothing to save against.

What the price includes

$129 a month for the compounded semaglutide injection, $199 for the oral lozenge, $149 for the tirzepatide injection and $199 for the oral tirzepatide. Every one of those is a single month with nothing committed.

Nothing is added underneath. The consultation is free — “The initial online consultation is included with your subscription. You only pay for the medication if a Strut physician determines treatment is appropriate.” Shipping is free, follow-ups are free, and the plan is described as “Plans run month to month. Pause or cancel whenever it stops making sense for you.”

What Strut does not do is discount. Most companies at this price point publish a three-, six- and twelve-month rung underneath the monthly one; Strut publishes one figure per product and hedges it as “As low as” anyway. On the tirzepatide injection that hedge sits beside a “Save 14%” badge with no comparator price on the page.

The gap here runs the other way from most of the roster. $129 is both the advertised rate and the rate you can buy today, which is rare enough on this site to be the finding.

The rest of the review — what the service is like and who should skip it — is on the Strut Health review. Prices move; this page was read September 2026, and the company's own site is the current source.

To see every plan above priced out line by line — the rate, any required membership, any published consultation fee, and what a prepay term charges today — use the real cost calculator. It reads the same ladder this page does, so the two cannot disagree.

How Strut Health's advertised figure compares with every other company's, in each company's own words and sorted by the size of the gap, is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
