Two prices on its own pages
TeleClinic prints 3 prices for compounded semaglutide: $79 One-month intro card on the semaglutide page, and the home-page tile labeled “1st Month Intro”, $139 FAQ answer to “How much does it cost?” (intro rate for the first quarter, billed quarterly) and the home-page price-lock panel and $199 Same FAQ answer and home-page panel, as the standard monthly rate. We rank it on $79 because it's the one-month, no-commitment price on the semaglutide checkout card, which also says the intro rate stays locked for the life of the membership; the $139 and $199 appear only in the FAQ and an unlabeled home-page panel.
The semaglutide card lists vials of 1mg, 2mg, 4mg, 6mg and 10mg per 1 mL, and one flat price covers them all; the FAQ repeats that the rate won't rise as the dose titrates up. The home page labels the $79 a “1st Month Intro” price, and the FAQ describes a $139 a month intro rate for a first quarter billed quarterly, then $199 a month standard.

‡ Our arithmetic, not a figure TeleClinic prints: the plan's printed price multiplied or divided by its number of months.

TeleClinic prints 3 prices for compounded tirzepatide: $149 One-month intro card on the tirzepatide page and the home-page tile, $219 FAQ answer to “How much does it cost?”, intro rate for the first quarter, billed quarterly and $299 Same FAQ answer, as the standard monthly rate. We rank it on $149 because it's the pay-as-you-go month on the tirzepatide checkout card, under the same “locked for the life of your membership” line; the $219 and $299 appear only in the FAQ.
Tirzepatide comes in 2 mL vials from 5mg to 30mg, priced flat across strengths, with 5mg named as the starting vial. The FAQ's version of the tirzepatide price is a $219 a month intro rate for the first quarter, billed quarterly, and $299 a month standard.

The last two columns are our arithmetic, not TeleClinic's: the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at TeleClinic's month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.
The service, the checks and who should skip TeleClinic are in the TeleClinic review. To price a plan line by line with any membership and fee added, use the real cost calculator; it reads the same ladder. How the advertised figure compares with every other company's is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
