A starting price. The weight-loss overview says compounded pricing “Varies by dose, available upon evaluation,” and the billing FAQ says a higher dose “requiring an additional cost” will be stated in the portal. No dose table is published. The product card prints $179/mo beside the $155 without labeling it.

Monthly, starting doseSourceTirzepatide $235/mo $329/mo Provider visits includedTuyo Health's tirzepatide page · read September 2026 | $235 | $235 |
Two prices on its own pages
Tuyo Health prints two prices for compounded tirzepatide: $235 Tirzepatide product card, and the “As low as $235/mo” cross-sell on the semaglutide, Wegovy and Zepbound pages and $279 Compounded column of the comparison table on the weight-loss overview. We rank it on $235 because it's the figure on the tirzepatide product card that leads into the intake and is repeated on every other product page, while $279 appears once, in the overview's comparison table.
Also a starting price that varies by dose, with no dose table. The tirzepatide card shows $235/mo next to an unlabeled $329/mo, and every other product page's cross-sell reads “As low as $235/mo”; the weight-loss overview alone says “Tirzepatide starts at $279/month”.

Wegovy, cash pay, starting priceSourceWegovy starts at $499/monthTuyo Health's weight loss page · read September 2026 | $499 | $499 |
Brand Wegovy is filled by an outside pharmacy, not shipped by Tuyo. The $499 is the cash starting price in the overview's brand column, which adds “+ Membership fee $99”. With insurance, the Wegovy page advertises a co-pay “as low as $25/mo”.

Zepbound, cash pay, starting priceSourceZepbound starts at $399/monthTuyo Health's weight loss page · read September 2026 | $399 | $399 |
Two prices on its own pages
Tuyo Health prints two prices for brand tirzepatide: $399 Brand column of the comparison table on the weight-loss overview, cash pay and $1,050 Zepbound page FAQ, for pens bought without coverage. We rank it on $399 because it's the cash starting price Tuyo prints for Zepbound, while the $1,050 describes pens bought at a pharmacy without coverage.
Zepbound pens are picked up at a local pharmacy and vials ship through LillyDirect. The comparison table doesn't say whether $399 is a pen or vial figure, and Tuyo's own Zepbound FAQ puts pens at “around $1,050 per month without coverage.”
The service, the checks and who should skip Tuyo Health are in the Tuyo Health review. To price a plan line by line with any membership and fee added, use the real cost calculator; it reads the same ladder. How the advertised figure compares with every other company's is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
