Fees on top of the medication
Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. The terms say “Consultation and medical evaluation fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered and reviewed by a licensed provider” and “Payment for services is due at the time of consultation unless otherwise arranged.” No amount is published.
Billing, canceling and refunds
Consultation and evaluation fees stop being refundable as soon as a provider has gone over your case.
If the provider decides treatment isn't appropriate, you aren't charged for medication; if you'd already paid, you choose between a refund and a credit in rewards points.
Dispensed prescriptions are non-refundable and can't be returned; damage, errors or non-delivery must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or credit.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your account, and canceling stops the next renewal but not the term already paid.
