One rung, and it's the only medication Wisp prices. Mind the unit: the buy box says “$225/ month” and the product detail says “28 day supply”, which is thirteen fills a year rather than twelve. There's no term ladder. None of the nine controls in the buy box moves that figure, and Wisp's Subscribe & Save page lists no GLP-1 at all.
Fees on top of the medication
Membership. Required: $99 a month. Wisp calls it the Weight Care Consult, and it recurs: “Our Weight Care Consult starts at $99/month”, with “The same process will continue each month thereafter.” Medication is charged on top, either by Wisp or at your own pharmacy. The Wisp+ membership is a separate, optional thing, and its FAQ says the discount excludes Weight Care Consults.

Billing, canceling and refunds
The Weight Care Consult recurs monthly, with your card authorized for the next $99 about three weeks into each cycle.
If a clinician declines every prescription in an order, a fee of up to $25 replaces the full consult price.
