† The quarterly cards read “billed every 3 months” but never print the amount charged. The $447 (semaglutide) and $645 (tirzepatide) quarterly charges are three times the per-month card figure, our multiplication.
Two prices on its own pages
Zera Health prints 3 prices for compounded semaglutide: $149 home tile “From $149/mo”, home FAQ “$149/first month”, and the quarterly card, $179 monthly plan card and the home FAQ's “then $179/mo” and $194 Zera's comparison blog post and the women's health page. We rank it on $179 because it's the monthly plan card's price and the home FAQ's price after the first month, so it's what a new patient pays from month two without a quarterly commitment.
The plan cards describe a “2.5mg/5mg vial”, and the home page promises “Every titration, same flat monthly price.” A Microdose GLP-1 page, built on the same semaglutide copy, opens at $129 for the first month and repeats the $179 and $149 cards word for word, including the vial size.

Zera Health prints 3 prices for compounded tirzepatide: $199 home tile and the product hero, labeled “/first mo.”, $255 monthly plan card and $149 Zera's comparison blog post. We rank it on $255 because the $199 is labeled a first-month price, and the monthly card is the only recurring price printed for tirzepatide without a quarterly commitment.
Both tirzepatide cards read “5mg/10mg vial”, and the flat-price promise on the home page covers every titration step. The $315 beside the $199 is struck through in the page's own markup.

Zera Health prints 3 prices for oral semaglutide: $169 tablet page hero, labeled “/first mo.”, $179 monthly plan card on the tablet page (worded for a vial) and $244 Zera's comparison blog post. We rank it on $179 because it's the only recurring monthly figure on the tablet's own page, although the card is worded for a vial.
A compounded dissolving tablet taken daily. Zera's blog names the molecule: “Zera Health offers compounded oral GLP-1 tablets that use semaglutide as the active ingredient, delivered as a daily dissolving tablet.” The plan cards on the tablet page are the injection cards copied over, vial size and all, so the $179 month is the only recurring figure printed there for the tablet.

The last two columns are our arithmetic, not Zera Health's: the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at Zera Health's month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.
The service, the checks and who should skip Zera Health are in the Zera Health review. To price a plan line by line with any membership and fee added, use the real cost calculator; it reads the same ladder. How the advertised figure compares with every other company's is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
