† Actin's plan cards read “Best Value 6-Month $116 Most Popular 3-Month $143 Most Flexible 1-Month $169” with no “/mo” and no billing line, and the terms say only that subscriptions are “AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED AT REGULAR INTERVALS AS DESCRIBED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS”. The 3-Month and 6-Month figures are read as monthly rates (the only reading below the 1-Month price), and every term rung's upfront is that rate times the term, our multiplication.
Two prices on its own pages
Actin prints two prices for compounded semaglutide: $169 1-Month plan card on the compounded-semaglutide treatment page and $198 Help center, Compounded Semaglutide FAQs: “Plans start as low as $198 per month.”. We rank it on $169 because it is the one-month price on the treatment page a new customer orders from, while the help-center figure sits in an older FAQ above every card on that page.
The cards print a bare figure with no “/mo” and no billing line, and no dose ladder is shown; the help center says the final cost “depends on your treatment plan and prescribed dose”. Actin also sells a lower-dose GLP-1 Microdose plan (semaglutide with B12, aimed at a BMI of 20 to 25) at $149 for one month or $133 on a three-month plan; it isn't on this ladder.

The same three unlabeled cards, with no dose ladder. The tirzepatide FAQ says a provider may pair it with either B12 or glycine.

The last two columns are our arithmetic, not Actin's: the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at Actin's month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.
The service, the checks and who should skip Actin are in the Actin review. To price a plan line by line with any membership and fee added, use the real cost calculator; it reads the same ladder. How the advertised figure compares with every other company's is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
