The last two columns are our arithmetic, not AHBARx's: the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at AHBARx's month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.
Fees on top of the medication
Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. The terms require a “Weight Loss Membership” billed monthly and separately from the medication: “An active monthly Weight Loss Membership is required to be evaluated by a Provider for a prescription and to purchase and continue with a Medication Plan.” It covers the initial telehealth evaluation, monthly check-ins and provider messaging. No price for it is published, and the About page's portal mock-up says “No membership fees”.
Billing, canceling and refunds
The Weight Loss Membership and any Medication Plan keep renewing monthly; stopping one takes a cancellation two or more days ahead of the billing date.
Medication Plan money comes back only for a cancellation within 48 hours of the first payment, or two days ahead of a monthly renewal.
A half-used period earns nothing back, and prescription medication can't be returned once it's handed to the carrier.
Packages lost in transit are reshipped.
AHBARx cost questions
What does the first month at AHBARx cost?$249 for compounded semaglutide, the same as every month after it.
