Fees on top of the medication

• Membership. Optional, $149 a month. The self-pay Complete Care Program is “$149/mo” and covers testing, regular medical and dietitian visits and ongoing support; a $125 Nutrition Program leaves out the medical provider. Patients whose insurance is in network pay their visit copay instead, and the terms say the subscription isn't required for them. The GLP-1 page advertises “No membership fees.”
• Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

• The care subscription is billed monthly with no long-term commitment.
• Cancel through the patient dashboard at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid that charge.
• A refund may be requested within 30 days of a charge but is at Allara's discretion, and pharmacy and other third-party purchases are non-refundable.
