Fees on top of the medication

• Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
• Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

• The “monthly” plan charges every 4 weeks, and the three-month plan charges every 12 weeks.
• Every payment is final; the only refund goes to a patient a clinician declines, less the cost of that review.
• Unused months on a multi-month plan earn no refund or credit, even for medication that never shipped.
• The refund policy wants cancellation 72 hours before the next billing date while the terms say 48, so plan on 72.
