• Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

• Some care plans are subscriptions, billed automatically at the interval checkout discloses until canceled.
• You cancel in your account settings before the next billing date.
• Processed orders are generally final, except for product damage, loss in transit or an unavailable treatment.
• When a prescribed treatment becomes unavailable, the options are a prorated refund on the unshipped portion of a prepaid plan (paid within 30 days) or a platform credit.
