$249$249

Every rung on the microdosing page is labeled "month to month plan" and includes "Unlimited provider visits" and "Labs included (Labcorp)". No dose table is published and no figure changes with dose, so what a higher dose costs is not stated. ⚠ The oral card carries the injection card's own bullet: "Compounded Semaglutide Oral Pills with Glycine and/or B-Vitamins $249/ month to month plan" is followed by "Weekly Injections", while the tirzepatide oral card beneath it correctly reads "Daily Pills".

$249$249

The same $249 as the injection, for a pill rather than a weekly shot. ⚠ This card's own includes block says "Weekly Injections", which the tirzepatide oral card beside it does not — a page error rather than a second product, recorded because a reader comparing the four cards will meet it.

$349$349

Injection and pill cost the same, $349, and the pill card is the one of the four whose delivery line is right: "Daily Pills". Both are month to month with unlimited provider visits and Labcorp labs included.

What the price includes

The advertised figure is "FROM $299 /month", on the GLP-1 program page, and it names no molecule at all. The microdosing page names four products and none of them costs $299: compounded semaglutide is $249 as an injection and $249 as a pill, compounded tirzepatide $349 either way. So the cheapest GLP-1 Apex MD publishes is $50 below the number its flagship page opens with.

Each of those four is labeled "month to month plan", and each includes unlimited provider visits and Labcorp labs. No dose table is published anywhere, so the price at a higher dose is not a figure this site can print, and no prepay term is offered.

Beside the GLP-1s the peptides page prices NAD+ at $249 a month, sermorelin at $249 and B12-MIC at $149, all injectable and all month to month. Those are not GLP-1s and do not appear in the ladder above.

The rest of the review — what the service is like and who should skip it — is on the Apex MD review. Prices move, and the company's own site is the current source.

To see every plan above priced out line by line — the rate, any required membership, any published consultation fee, and what a prepay term charges today — use the real cost calculator. It reads the same ladder this page does, so the two cannot disagree.

How Apex MD's advertised figure compares with every other company's, in each company's own words and sorted by the size of the gap, is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
