The shop sells the starting supply ($215 a month, or $600 for three months); returning patients reorder a “Phase 2 Continuation” at $275 for 4 weeks or $650 for 12 weeks. Billing, canceling and refunds

Payment is taken before the provider visit, and products are non-refundable once ordered.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours; AquaVita may then replace the item or refund it within 15 business days.
The purchase terms say all sales are final and that any refund AquaVita chooses to give may be store credit only.
Where a subscription applies, the terms require cancellation at least two days before the renewal date and give no refunds for partly used periods.
